Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Times
FitChic ships primarily to customers within the United States. Delivery timeframes vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, and your destination.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may differ based on factors outside of our control.
Please note: Estimated delivery windows begin after your order has been fully processed, not at the time of purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within your expected processing window.
If you have not received tracking information after 5 business days, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
