At FitChic, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Item is not marked as final sale

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any item that shows signs of wear.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at 📧 info@fitchicshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization from our team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@fitchicshop.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll make it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

As we fulfill orders through our fulfillment partner, return processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.
